Why we opened
Every week we were asked the same question: "Doctor, what should I take?" Most had already been to a supplement shop. They came back with a bag of products and no idea what any of it was for.
We saw protein sold to people with kidney disease, supplements given to people without taking into account the medical aspects, sold by people of no medical background.
So we opened the shop we'd have sent them to. Brought in trusted international brands — but this time the person behind the counter is a physician, expert in the medical and supplement knowledge, Our physicians ask about your health first, and will tell you when the answer is nothing at all.
How we work
We ask first
Before we recommend anything we ask what you already take, what you've been diagnosed with, and what you're trying to change. the goal isn't to sell.
Treated like a patient
What you tell us stays on your file, so the next time you come in we already know what you're on and how the last plan went.
Only what we'd take ourselves
Every product comes from a brand we can trace and check. If we wouldn't take it ourselves, it doesn't go on the shelf.
We check back
A few weeks in, we ask how it's going. we take your feedback, and build upon it to improve our service.
Come in and ask
The shop is in Sulaymaniyah, open seven days a week. Bring whatever you're already taking and we'll go through it with you — no appointment, no charge.
