Refined Nutrition Ultra L-Carnitine is a liquid supplement containing 3000mg of L-Carnitine with added green tea extract, vitamins and chromium. L-Carnitine is an amino acid that aids the metabolic process by helping the transportation of fats to the mitochondria, where fats are burned for energy. As proven by research, L-Carnitine supports athletic performance and endurance by reducing the use of muscle glycogen for energy, and utilising fat instead. This combined with the reduction of lactic acid build up in muscles can extend exercise capacity. Pure L-Carnitine may have a naturally distinct scent. It's completely normal and does not affect quality or performance.
